I understand lessons in the Alexander Technique to be an educational process not an intervention.
While this process is therapeutic it is equally as important that what you discover in lessons establishes a lifelong skill. A skill that allows you to choose the manner of your response across a variety of contexts.
I first help you become more aware of the nature of your habitual movement. Then I show you that there is a more integrated way of moving that reduces ongoing stress in your system. Finally we explore how you have the means to choose between these two.
